Built by an educator, for educators

Dr. Zurab Tabeshadze
Founder · Physician · Medical Educator · Assessment Design & Quality Specialist
ZT Assess grew from firsthand experience designing and running university assessments. The same challenges kept repeating — preparing assessments, managing student access and attendance, monitoring sessions, grading, and organizing results.
The platform brings these tasks into one structured workflow, reducing repetitive administration while keeping academic decisions and control over assessment in the hands of the educator.
I built ZT Assess to take repetitive work out of assessment while keeping academic judgment where it belongs — with the educator.

Getting started
ZT Assess is an online assessment platform designed for university lecturers, school teachers, independent educators, and training providers. It brings student management, question preparation, assessment delivery, live monitoring, and results management together in one streamlined workflow.
Yes. ZT Assess is currently free to use during early access, with no paid subscription required. If pricing is introduced in the future, details will be communicated in advance.
No. Students can access their assigned assessments through individual invitation links sent by email, without registering or creating a ZT Assess account. Educators manage student participation directly through their dashboard.
Create your educator account, set up your course and student groups, and prepare or upload your assessment questions. You can then assign assessment variants, send invitations immediately or schedule delivery, and manage the assessment through your dashboard.
Creating & delivering assessments
Yes. ZT Assess supports importing existing multiple-choice questions using its provided templates. Text-based questions can be prepared in Excel, while assessments containing images or mixed question types can be prepared using the supported Word format. Questions can be reviewed before delivery.
Yes. You can prepare multiple assessment variants and assign them to different students within the same assessment session. This allows you to manage multiple versions efficiently without creating separate sessions for each variant.
Yes. You can prepare assessment questions and answer options in English or Georgian. ZT Assess also offers interface language options where supported. Changing the interface language does not automatically translate assessment questions or answer choices.
Yes. ZT Assess supports immediate or scheduled assessment delivery, configurable time limits, student participation management, variant assignment, and available assessment protection settings. These controls help educators organize and supervise assessments according to their requirements.
Monitoring, results & support
Yes. The Live page provides a centralized view of ongoing assessments, allowing educators to follow student progress, review participation and submission statuses, and manage available session controls in real time.
Students can view their scores after submitting an assessment. However, correct answers and detailed answer reviews are not automatically disclosed. Educators control when that information becomes available, helping protect ongoing assessments and questions intended for future use.
No installation is required. ZT Assess operates through a web browser. For the most reliable experience during supervised assessments, we recommend an up-to-date desktop or laptop browser and a stable internet connection. Device and connection testing before an important assessment is recommended.
Educators can review invitation and participation statuses, resend assessment links, and use available recovery controls when appropriate. Resending an invitation does not create a new assessment attempt, and recovery actions remain subject to the assessment's access and security rules.
